415Headshots Inc. started in 2021 as a focused headshot studio. One photographer, one studio, one promise. Capture people as they actually are, not as a stiff corporate facade. Over the next seven years, that single-person studio scaled into a team that has photographed and filmed companies, such as: BCG, Morgan Stanley, Salesforce, WeWork, Innovaccer, Ivo AI, and dozens of other Fortune 500 and venture-backed companies.
In 2025 the studio expanded into cinema-grade video production. The Sony FX6 and FX3 cinema cameras now sit alongside the photo gear in our shoot kit. The same direction we use to coach a nervous executive into a confident headshot pose works on camera too, just at 24 frames per second.
The headshot work is still core to who we are. But video is where most of our growth is happening now, and it's where our craft is going.
Meet the Team
Jasmeet - Founder and Creative Director
Jasmeet founded 415Headshots Inc. in 2018 after leaving a research career in molecular biology. He's a co-author on a Nature Biotechnology paper on CRISPR-Cas12 detection of SARS-CoV-2, holds two patents from his time at Mammoth Biosciences, and has personally directed over 100 executives and founders on camera. Today he leads the studio's expansion into video production as lead cinematographer on shoots for Innovaccer, Ivo AI, BCG, and others.
Kristina - Communications Lead
Kristina is the voice between you and the team. Every inbound inquiry, every scheduling thread, every status update on a shoot in progress. Gurmun - Operations Lead
Gurmun co-built the studio with Jasmeet and runs the operational backbone of every project. From booking through delivery, every quote, every COI, every venue coordination, and every client handoff routes through him. He's also a working lead photographer on shoots, with a portfolio that goes back to the early days of college and a habit of making sure the team never shows up to a shoot one cable short of what the project needs.
How We Work
Three principles run through every shoot we book.
We direct, we don't just record. Most photo and video crews press a button and hope. We coach pacing, posture, eye contact, and tone in real time. Our background in headshot photography means we've directed hundreds of non-actors through the experience of being on camera. That skill transfers cleanly to executive interviews, brand films, and event coverage.
We engineer redundancy into every shoot. Two cameras when one would do. Three independent audio recording layers on every speaker. Dual-card recording on every body. Backup gear loaded for every venue. We've never lost a shoot to a hardware failure, and that record is the result of process, not luck.
We treat your footage as your asset. RAW footage delivery is available on request. Files are dual-backed to physical and cloud storage immediately after every shoot. Project files are retained for one year so future recuts, vertical reedits, and platform-specific reformats can be spun up without a reshoot.
