She's the first response on every inbound inquiry, the point of contact through scheduling and pre-production, and the person who keeps clients in the loop while a shoot is in motion. She also has five years of podcast video production experience and works on set when projects call for an extra hand.
The First Voice You Hear
When someone emails 415Headshots Inc. asking about a headshot session, a brand video, or an event shoot, Kristina answers. Usually within the same business day, sometimes within the hour.
Her job is to translate. A client describes what they need, sometimes precisely and sometimes loosely, and Kristina translates that into the language the production team needs to scope it. Crew size, gear list, venue specifics, timeline, deliverable scope. By the time a quote lands in front of Gurmun for line-item pricing, Kristina has already gathered the information that makes the quote accurate the first time.
She also handles every status update during a project. Pre-production confirmations. Day-of shoot coordination. Post-production review-link delivery. Final file handoff. If you've ever been on a project with an agency where you felt like you had to chase the team for an update, Kristina exists so that doesn't happen here.
On Set and Behind the Mic
Kristina spent five years working in podcast video production before joining 415Headshots Inc., running multi-camera podcast recording sets and managing the workflow from booking through delivery. She knows what a three-camera podcast shoot actually requires, what the audio chain needs to look like, and how to coach a nervous guest into a comfortable interview rhythm.
When 415Headshots Inc. takes on podcast production projects or event interviews that need an additional crew member, Kristina works on set. She also handles administrative coordination for larger productions, keeping the call sheet on track and the crew briefed.
Before podcast production, her background was in administrative coordination across small businesses, which is where she developed the systems-thinking and client-communication habits she brings to the studio now.
