Additional retouched images are $50 per photograph. Retouching includes lighting/color edits, flyaway hair removal, teeth whitening, skin retouching, background replacement, and remove of wrinkles from clothes. Please let us know if you have any specific retouching requests.

Rush delivery is available upon request. All proofs can be delivered within two hours after your session’s completion. Retouched, final images will be available less than 24 hours after your session’s completion. Rushed images are $65 per image.

If you’d prefer studio lighting for an outdoor session, there’s an additional rate of $150. We’ll bring our studio lights and softboxes to get an editorial look for you.

We can provide b-roll footage for your personal brand, social media, or dating profiles. This is a $300 add-on.

If you’d like hair and make-up at our studio, please contact us. Our hair and make-up rates may vary based upon the look you’re going for.

415Headshots’ Policies
The Photos
All photos taken during the headshot session are yours to keep. You have full ownership of the photographs.
Retouched Photos
Edits in retouched images include: refining lighting in the photo, removing flyaway hairs, teeth whitening, and removing any blemishes of your request. Additional edits are available upon your request.
You will get to pick the photos you’d like edited from the delivered proofs.
Other than the edited photos that are included in your respective headshot package, additional retouched photographs are $50 per photograph.
Rushed edits (24-hour or same-day turnaround time from the session) are $65 per photograph you’d like edited.
Satisfaction
You will have a live viewing of the photographs taken during the session.
Our professional headshot photographer will show you the photos being taken during the session either on a laptop screen or the camera.
If you are not satisfied with your edited photographs and/or headshot session, we will provide you with a free headshot session (must be of identical value to your original session).
Cancellations and Deposits
A full deposit is required for all individual headshot sessions. This deposit is fully refundable if a session is cancelled more than 48 hours prior the schedule session time/date.
Rescheduling is a $65 fee if occurred within 48 hours of the session.
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you will be invoiced a charge for the entire scheduled session.
